Forms

On this page you will find digitized versions of some forms used by the Association, though not every form we use can be found below. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact the property manager.

All the forms below can be downloaded for printing, and some of them may even be "fillable" on-line prior to printing. Our goal is to get to a point where you will be able to submit a filled form directly through the website, but we're not quite there yet.

A "PDF viewer" must be installed on your PC to view the documents.  To view a copy of any particular document, use your mouse to point to the name of the document (highlighted in red), then left-click on it.  This will open a new tab in your browser containing the document in a "Portable Document Format", or "PDF."  Most PDF viewers will allow you to download the file to your computer at this point.  To return to this page you must either select the "Lakes..." tab in your browser or close the newly opened tab.

To download a particular document without viewing it first, use your mouse to point to the name of the document (highlighted in red), then right-click on it to bring up a menu, then left-click on the "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" menu selection.
