Board Meetings

• During FY 2024 Board meetings will generally held on the third Monday of every month at 6:00 PM.

• Changes or additions to that schedule will be posted in the display cases next to the mailboxes.

• Agendas for the scheduled meetings will be posted in the display cases next to the mailboxes in each building at least 48 prior to the scheduled meeting time.

Below you will find links to downloadable copies of the Board Meeting Minutes (the official documents summarizing what happened at each meeting).

A "PDF viewer" must be installed on your PC to view the documents.  To view a copy of any particular document, use your mouse to point to the name of the document (highlighted in red), then left-click on it.  This will open a new tab in your browser containing the document in a "Portable Document Format", or "PDF."  Most PDF viewers will allow you to download the file to your computer at this point.  To return to this page you must either select the "Lakes..." tab in your browser or close the newly opened tab.

To download a particular document without viewing it first, use your mouse to point to the name of the document (highlighted in red), then right-click on it to bring up a menu, then left-click on the "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" menu selection.
